Her ability to cook and prepare almost any dish is one of her most profound qualities and through this she has created a niche of her own in specializing in Trinidadian cuisines and deserts. This is only fitting as the New York based entrepreneur was born and bread in the lovely island of Trinidad and Tobago. Perhaps a bit home as most of us would be, after living in the United States of America  for over 15 years, she pays special homage to Trinidad and Tobago with her wide range of Trini treats.
